Mitch is a veteran, retired firefighter/paramedic (20 years) and business entrepreneur. After 25+ years in public service and running medical calls, he has witnessed the long-term damage our food system has caused on our bodies and unfortunately, the healthcare system isn't helping. He's realized the only real change is going to come from each individual person wanting to make the choice to get healthier. He has started multiple businesses with his wife, including their non-profit charity that handed out over $16,000 in educational scholarships.
